Molí dels Capellans is, since 2007, the personal project of Sergi Montalà and Jordi Masdeu, two young natural processors from the Tarragona region of the Conca de Barberà.
Since 2007, Molí dels Capellans has been the personal project of Sergi Montalà and Jordi Masdeu, two young winemakers from the Tarragona region of Conca de Barbara.
Both met at the School of Enology in Vilafranca del Penedès with Sergi specialising in the development and Jordi focusing on marketing and management.
Jordi studied in France and later worked in London and the United States. In 2007 together with Sergi they began making a small boutique production in a small family mill located in the town of Montblanc naming it Moli dels Capellans.
